Due to limited enrollment, enclose $1125.00 deposit with application. The remaining balance for the program is due by May 1, 2010. Cancellation after May 1, 2010 will forfeit the deposit of $1125.

Enrollment for the Executive Program is limited to sports administrators with significant professional experience. Each applicant must have the endorsement of his/her superior. The Institute will be accepting applications beginning October 1, 2009 for the 2010 - 11 Executive Program.	$3,125	Ground transportation and most meals are included. Hotel accommodations will be additional, but excellent corporate rates are available through the Institute.
